I guess I will follow up on the last post with a short segment about a house we have under contract. It is a contingency contract that requires the SALE of our House. So, IF - you know anyone looking for a well loved home is San Angelo that offers privacy as we overlook the State Park, Please share this link with them!
We doing an OPEN HOUSE NEXT WEEKEND June 29th from 2 -4pm. Come and see the NEW CARPET ON THE STAIRS AND THE NEW TRIM WORK all ready for you before you move in. The landscaping is all tuned up thanks to new help; she has been a huge blessing. The date details about the Open House will be on Realtor.com soon, be sure to attend! Here is our Listing on Zillow while the date is being corrected to the 29th on Realtor’s website.
If you can refer a buyer I will pay a $500 finders fee and a Painting of your choice!
The house we have under contract is a welcomed down size with room for a Studio Building. If GOD IS WILLING - this will all move into place. We are in the “inspection period” and have discovered it needs a roof. So, we are asking for them to repair or deduct the work from the home price. Pretty normal procedure. If our insurance company won’t insure it, we can’t move forward. If they deduct the work from the price…….. that would be another story. So, we walk forward in FAITH and TRUST that God always knows best.
Art Shows:
I have 1 Painting at Raw 1899. (did you know it is for sale?) It is the view out the window of our hotel in the Latin Quarter in Paris! It is near the bar (frozen drink machine.) I would definitely stay with them again - great location.
Kendall Museum - Realism show. I have two painting there. They are plein air paintings from the Streets of San Angelo series. An ongoing series as I continue to paint scenes from where I live.

Life:
Life is Good! Dene and I are healthy for the most part - I laugh and say “fat and happy. The trip to Italy took much longer to recover from. The flights were extended and we had to be up for 24 hours straight. That didn’t help. But it was “different from the trip home from France.”
Most / many of you know my faith and bible studies keep my morning time quiet. I love to spend time finish my coffee and talk to God! I have always learned better when I write stuff down and for many years of study, it has also evolved into Journaling. And Now Blogging here. I am going to look into more live video or maybe a pod cast? Share what I am doing with art, what I am writing about - as I wish to convert the information from both our trips into a booth with travel guide info and with my paintings.
I am in the middle of my next Commissioned Art Project with Mercyla from RBR Interiors. I am so very humbled to be asked to complete a painting for her and the Note Cards will be part of New Gift Cards! I can’t wait to show her the painting as I am so very pleased with the way it came out.
Look for 3 of my paintings at the New Wine Tasting Room on Concho St. ENGLISH NEWSOME CELLARS! Vineyard and Grape series is right at home there and they are for Sale! If you need a painting for your private “wine tasting room” in your home, take a peek at those or I can paint your FAVORITE Vineyard scene!
My next conquest will be floral on an abstract background. This is a technique from the Milan Art Mastery Program - I am going back in and revisiting things. I am hoping to do a set of them (as I usually work in series.) Progress will also be made on the huge 48 x 60 of the Wine Barrel Cathedral from the Ricci Winery. The texture / modeling paste was applied to assist with visual texture. (besides, it’s fun!)
